     The  model of learning for 21st century is one of the models of learning using the technology progress. The use of technology in education is not as easy as the use of the other models of learning. Therefore, the use off the model of 21st century will encounter a great number of challenges mainly dealing with  the teachers’ readiness as human resources, the school readiness, and the condition of social economy.

1. The Teachers’ Readiness

        The application of modal of learning for 21st century will be the great challenges for the teachers. Since, not all teachers are familiar with technology. The development or the progress of information and technology in the realm of education is not strange anymore, However, weather  all of the teachers know the way of how to use the computer or technology well. Most the teachers understand and use computer to deliver material only, but they do not know about the use of it more broadly.
         The previous teachers when they enter into the classroom with bringing a computer, they felt very proud and happy with full confidence standing in front of the class and delivering the materials; however, they do not know how to help their students operate computer. Even, they confused when their students ask because they do not know what they have to do. Thus, The existence and application of technology will face the challenges, except they are prepared beforehand.

2. The School Readiness

        The model of learning for 21st century of course deals with the technology. The cost of technology is very expensive. Not all of the schools have ability to buy computer, but may be only few schools that have competence to buy it. So, the implementation of technology in the model of learning for 21st century can not run well, because the most of schools are not ready. Therefore, the school readiness are very important in the application of the model of learning for 21st century.

3. The Condition or  Society Readiness

     The society readiness in the model of learning for 21st century is one of factors that have impacts in the field of education. Since, the capability of society economy varies, namely there are the haves and the have not. For the haves, buying computer is not problem and it becomes the needs for them. However, for the have not, buying food or daily needs is better than buying computer. So, the society readiness also can be as the consideration of implementing the model of learning for 21st century.
