The Strategies  of Cultivating Focus and Emotion to the Students The Students entering into the classroom have diverse background, condition or situation, and potency. Majority of them have difficulties in focus and emotion, and it is not easy to tell them to cncentrate or focus in learning. They enter into the classroom with empty brain, and they do not have any purposes to go to school. Therefore, the alternative ways or strategies are very urgent. There are ten strategies that can be used to cultivate focus and emotion to our students in learning. Two Tips in enhancing your students' Achievement

There are two tips that can be used or applied by the teachers to enhance their students' achievement, particularly the results of the school or national examination, namely the the use of approach "Mastery Learning and Prayer". 

1. Mastery Learning

Mastery Learning is one of the approaches than can be used by the teachers to  improve or  enhance  the result of the students' test, or the school and national examination. To apply "Master Learning" in the activity of teaching and learning process, there are some items that should be comprehended  in advance: 

a. The Definition of Master Learning

 The Master Learning is an approach that focuses or emphasizes  more on the material development  from general into specific one. The Master Learning is designed to make the students learn the materials or the lesson more specifically. Mastery Learnning is an approach  that works for all students, regardless of level of achievement (Woolfolk & Margetts, 2013).
The steps of mastery learning :
1. Organise concepts and material into small learning units.
2. Check o student larning at the end of each unit
3. Suggest to students what they might do to correct their learning difficulties

4. Students then only work on materials to be mastered

The understanding of material development here does not mean the teachers should develop the material or the lesson  more generally; however, the mean of the material development  is to construct the material from general into specific subject or unit.

c. The Application of Master Learning 

To use or apply Mastery Learning, the teacher should notice some items, namely; the material development, and assessment system.

1. Material Development

In the material development,  the teacher should be able to design material of the learning from general to the specific one or become interesting  units. Since, The designing of the material is a main key in the application of Mastery Learning. In the application of mastery Learning the students learn the subject specifically per unit until she/he master. the students can- not move or go on to the other units.

2. Assessment System 

The assessment is one the tools used in the activity of teaching and learning to measure the students' competence, knowledge or skill. The assessment is not only used to measure; but to know he students' progress in learning or undertaking the test. In the assessment system, there are several items, namely:  the formative assessment, corrective system, and feedback.

a. The The formative Assessment.

The Formative assessment is one of the assessments that can be used in the Mastery learning, because the formative assessment is the assessment that measure and know the students' progress. In addition, the formative assessment is the assessment taking place on the going on process. Therefore, the formative assessment is very suitable that can be applied in the use of the Mastery Learning in improving the students' achievement.

b. The Corrective System

In correcting the students' task, the teacher should notice students' competence, because every students has different ability. The students who has high intelligence of course have no difficulties in undertaking the task; however, for the students who have low intelligence will undergo difficulties in conducting the task. Consequently, the results of the task of course are not similar.

In correcting or examining the students' task, the teachers should use symbols or underline the students' fault or mistakes more specifically in order the students are not confused to correct their mistakes.

c. Feedback

Feedback is one of the ways that can be used by the teachers to improve and enhance the students' achievement. In giving feedback , the teachers should use the good sentence or statement in giving advice or suggestion in order the students are not angry or offended. In other words, the teachers should state or speak to the students politely.

The giving of feedback is not only once but must be several times, until the students' undergo the significant progresses. In addition, let the students know about their mistakes in order they do not find difficulties in identifying and correcting their mistakes.

2. Prayer

Performing the prayer is one of the most important parts in the teaching of religion. Since, the human beings only strive, work, or fight, but the the end of decision towards the students' success is at the hand of Alloh almighty the God who create this world.
