The Strategies  of Cultivating Focus and Emotion to the Students The Students entering into the classroom have diverse background, condition or situation, and potency. Majority of them have difficulties in focus and emotion, and it is not easy to tell them to cncentrate or focus in learning. They enter into the classroom with empty brain, and they do not have any purposes to go to school. Therefore, the alternative ways or strategies are very urgent. There are ten strategies that can be used to cultivate focus and emotion to our students in learning. There are some items that should be paid attention when learning english using video, namely:

1. Listen carefully

If you want to improve your listening skill well, so you have to pay attention the sound of the letters, words, phrases or sentences uttered or pronunciated by the native speaker well or carefully. If your listening skill becomes better you will be easier to perceive what someone or the people say to you.

2. Repeat 

Repeating or reviewing is a very important part to improve your listening and speaking skills. Therefore, you should repeat the words, phrases or sentences that the native speaker say several times  in order you can communicate in english fluently and correctly.

3. Practice

After listening and repeating, the next stage is ' practice- practice.  If you want to be able to speak english is " practice, practice. Don,t be shy to speak english, and don't be  affraid of making mistakes. In addition, please train your ear to listen to the western music or the sound of native speaker, like waching video or movies in english.

Furtheremore, practice your english your english to your friends at school or at work. Even, whenever you meet your friends who can speak english, please communicate in english. If God so wills, in short term you can speak english fluently.
